the purpose of placing our candidates on an assignment with one of our
contracted facilities. For example, we collect your name, address, social
security number, telephone numbers, email addresses, licensure, certifications,
education, and/or employment history solely for the purpose of providing proof
that you are licensed, skilled and certified to work in the areas you and your
recruiter may submit your profile to.
For our clients:
We use the personal information you provide to us during our account management
only for the purpose of placing our candidates on an assignment with our
contracted facilities. For example, we collect your name, hospital address,
telephone numbers, email addresses, and other pertinent information solely for
the purpose of providing licensed, skilled and certified RN’s to work in the
areas you and your Account Manager have discussed a need for. Your acceptance of
